A new recorder and monitoring unit for high quality grouting operations has been developed by China Westriver CO.,LTD.China Westriver's continuous efforts to improve the efficiency and quality of grouting operations has resulted in a new recorder and monitoring unit – CMS2016. The unit, which will be on show at Bauma, stores and displays all of the key parameters involved in high quality grouting such as pressure, flow,density,uplift, volume and time. It enables the grouting process in the hole to be more easily monitored which improves the quality of the operation and increases overall worksite efficiency.
Compared with its predecessors, CMS2016, is more robust, simpler to use, more reliable and easier and faster to service. It is equipped with an alpha-numerical display and is based on the wireless or USBplatform communications.
CMS2016 is capable of monitoring eight grout lines simultaneously and can be used for treatments using Normal grouting, the GIN method or for Lugeon tests.
Through CMS2016 Recorder, all parameters can be shown on screen in time as the grouting operating go on, simultaneity, the data from sensors will be auto saved and form all kind of grouting curves, charts and reports by intelligence programme.
